The plan prioritizes fundamental movement patterns and strategically micro-doses training stress, delivering high-quality work in short, efficient sessions that drive progress without unnecessary fatigue.

Each session is purposeful, repeatable, and designed to build strength, durability, and work capacity while respecting the realities of real life.

What You Can Expect

  • Cardio Conversion Chart for seamless cardio swaps when equipment or weather is working against you. 
  • 4x Training Sessions / Week x 4 Weeks (16 Sessions) — 30 Minutes Every Session
  • Each Training Session Consists Of: Warm Up, Compound Movement, Total Body Accessory Work
  • Conditioning: Simple Metabolic Work To Start, or Target Sprint Intervals (Post Run Dynamic Warm-Up)
  • Variation Change Starting Week 3
