G.I. JACKED

Who It’s For

G.I. Jacked is designed for tactical professionals who want to build serious strength through proven, foundational training methods.

Whether you’re a tactical athlete looking to improve force production, a lifter seeking a stronger foundation, or someone who simply enjoys moving heavy weight, this program provides a straightforward approach to developing real-world strength.

If your goal is to become stronger, more capable, and more confident under the bar, G.I. Jacked was built for you.

The Why

Strength remains one of the most valuable physical qualities an athlete can possess.

While many programs prioritize complexity and excessive exercise variety, G.I. Jacked focuses on what consistently delivers results. By emphasizing foundational movement patterns and progressive overload, the program develops strength that transfers both inside and outside the gym.

Description

G.I. Jacked is a 4-week, 4-day-per-week strength program engineered for those who want to build serious strength.

Built around a high/low, upper/lower training split, the program prioritizes heavy compound movements that serve as the foundation for maximal strength development. Each training session is designed to progressively challenge the athlete while reinforcing proper technique and movement efficiency.

Complementary accessory work is strategically included to strengthen supporting muscle groups, improve structural balance, and enhance overall performance.

Progressive overload is applied throughout the training cycle to ensure consistent gains, while exercise variations introduced during Week 3 provide a fresh stimulus and help prevent stagnation.

To support recovery and long-term performance, the program also includes a dedicated mobility and regeneration day that incorporates light General Physical Preparedness (GPP) work.
