G.I. Jacked is a 4-week, 4-day-per-week strength program engineered for those who want to build serious, raw strength. Using a high/low, upper/lower split, each session is designed around heavy, foundational compound lifts that drive maximal strength development.

Complementary accessory work is included to target supporting muscle groups, improve movement quality, and reinforce overall performance.

This program is structured to progressively challenge your body, ensuring consistent gains in force production while reinforcing proper technique and balance. If your goal is to move more weight, feel stronger in every lift, and develop a solid, commanding frame, G.I. Jacked provides the blueprint to achieve it.

What To Expect 

  • High / Low, Upper / Lower Split 
  • Daily Warm Ups
  • 4 Sessions x 4 Weeks (16 Total Sessions)
  • 1x Total Body Mobility Day (Wednesday) — Also touches on Light General Physical Preparedness
  • Simple progressive overload with variations changing on Week 3 to avoid stagnation.
