Who It’s For

Strength AO is designed for tactical athletes and serious lifters who want to build total-body strength, improve unilateral performance, and develop a stronger, more capable warfighter physique.

Whether you’re looking to complement your conditioning, build on an established strength foundation, or take your performance beyond the traditional barbell lifts, this program delivers structured strength training with purposeful variety and progression.

The Why

Strength is more than how much weight you can move on a barbell. A capable warfighter needs to produce force, maintain control, and express strength across a variety of movements and positions.

Strength AO combines foundational compound lifts with unilateral training, strategic exercise variation, and targeted eccentric and isometric work. The result is a balanced approach to strength development that builds on the fundamentals while addressing qualities often overlooked in traditional strength programs.

Description

Strength AO is a 4-week, 4-day-per-week strength program designed to build the total warfighter through progressive overload, strategic exercise variation, and a balanced approach to bilateral and unilateral training.

Across 16 total training sessions, athletes will develop foundational strength through compound lifts while incorporating unilateral exercises to challenge individual limb strength, stability, and control. Supersets, eccentric training, and timed isometric work provide additional training stimuli to develop strength throughout the range of motion and increase time under tension.

Weekly exercise variety keeps training purposeful and engaging without sacrificing the consistency needed to drive measurable progress. Each training day also includes a dedicated warm-up tailored to the primary focus of the session, whether that is the squat, overhead press, bench press, or deadlift.

Strength AO complements G.I. Jacked exceptionally well. While G.I. Jacked emphasizes traditional compound strength development, Strength AO expands on that foundation with a greater emphasis on unilateral strength, movement variety, and additional methods of developing force and control.
