WARRIOR TRAINING PLAN

Who It’s For

The Warrior Training Plan is designed for individuals seeking a complete introduction to “tactical” strength and conditioning.

Whether you’re preparing for the demands of military service, law enforcement, first responder work, or simply want to train like a tactical athlete, this program provides the foundation needed to build strength, endurance, and resilience.

It is the ideal starting point for athletes looking to enter the Everyday Operator training system and establish the physical capacity necessary for more advanced programs.

The Why

The Warrior Training Plan was developed to establish fundamental physical qualities that every tactical athlete needs: strength, power, anaerobic/aerobic qualities, movement quality, and recovery. By utilizing a structured training approach, the program balances high intense sessions with low intense ones to promote consistent progress while minimizing unnecessary fatigue.

Description

The Warrior Training Plan is a 4-week, 6-day-per-week strength and conditioning program designed to develop well rounded tactical professionals that face unique job demands.

Built around a proven high-low training model, the program strategically balances demanding training sessions with recovery-focused work to maximize adaptation while maintaining sustainability. Athletes will develop total-body strength through four weekly lifting sessions while improving conditioning through a combination of sprint work, metabolic conditioning, and aerobic development (running/rucking).

In addition to strength and conditioning, the program includes dedicated mobility and regeneration work designed to improve movement quality, enhance recovery, and support long-term performance.
